Darcy Haines

Darcy Haines is a bilingual associate lawyer at Paquette & Paquette, where he focuses his practice primarily on criminal law. He is committed to helping clients navigate difficult situations with honesty, respect, and strong legal representation. Darcy understands that every case is unique and takes the time to listen, explain options clearly and advocate effectively for his clients. He works diligently to protect his client’s rights and achieve fair results, whether through negotiation or in court.

Darcy earned his Bachelor of Arts with a minor in Indigenous Studies from Laurentian University and went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa’s French Common Law Program. While at university, he was a member of the varsity hockey team and received several scholarships and awards for both his academic and athletic achievements.

Darcy is a board member of a community organization. Outside of his legal practice, Darcy enjoys outdoor sports, reading and spending quality time with family and friends.
